Scott Alldridge

Scott Alldridge is the President and founding officer of the ITPI. He is responsible for managing research projects and sponsor relationships. In addition, Scott provides key strategic and operational oversight, and provides key resources to see the vision and mission of the ITPI is carried onward.


Scott Alldridge, a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), ITIL expert, and Harvard Certified in Technology and Privacy, holds an MBA in Cybersecurity from IEU and is a distinguished leader with over 30 years of experience in IT management and cybersecurity, specializing in the protection of critical IT systems that businesses rely on today.

As CEO of IP Services, Scott has played a pivotal role in delivering advanced managed IT and cybersecurity solutions across diverse industries. His strategic application of the TotalControl™ framework aligns technology investments with business goals, ensuring enhanced cybersecurity, operational excellence, and resilience.

In his role as President of the IT Process Institute (ITPI), Scott co-authored the renowned VisibleOps book series, with over 400,000 copies sold globally. His expertise spans IT management, cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cloud computing. Scott is also recognized as a thought leader in modern cybersecurity strategies, including Zero Trust and Integrity Management, both crucial for safeguarding today's complex IT environments.

Through his leadership, Scott has guided organizations in strengthening their cybersecurity postures and navigating the complexities of today's threat landscape. His contributions, including white papers, keynote addresses, and innovative frameworks, continue to shape the cybersecurity industry and influence best practices for protecting essential IT systems.

Kevin Behr

Kevin co-founded the ITPI and is co-author of the Visible Ops Handbook. He is CSO of PraxisFlow, and active consultant helping IT executives transform their IT organizations through better process orientation, increased availability, reduced unplanned work and overall better IT execution and performance. Kevin is a frequently invited speaker called on to address a broad range of technology and management framework topics.
