This 15 page paper consolidates key findings and data from multiple studies of over 1000 of top-performing IT organizations, to create a basic set of IT management principles inspired by Deming and the Toyota Way. These IT management principles are designed to help IT organizations focus on what matters most, as a supplement to mission, vision, and operating procedures.
